AHMP NM Roadrunner Chapter Teams with Cyber Chapter
Virtual, Live 24-hr EHMM Course

Can’t make the annual trek to Albuquerque for the EHMM Course? The AHMP Cyber Chapter is pleased to offer a unique opportunity to EHS professionals to attend an Essentials of Hazardous Material Management Course (EHMM) virtually with instructor interaction. The Cyber Chapter partnered with the NM Roadrunner Chapter of the AHMP as an outreach to utilize the Cyber Chapter technology to allow members the ability to participate in a live EHMM. Sorry you will miss the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta!

The registration for the EHMM only is only $525 for Cyber Chapter members and $575 for non-members (includes a Cyber Chapter Membership through 12/31/18), $700/$750 member/non-member to include the AHMP 3rd Edition Desk Reference as an e-book.  Payment is on-line only. Registration fees includes access to the course, and a digital copy of the slides.

Learn from more than a dozen course instructors who are subject matter experts in their field. The Roadrunner Chapter is hosting the live course in Albuquerque. And you are invited to join this event via the AHMP Cyber Chapter if you can’t make it to Albuquerque. You will be able to interact with the instructors as the material is presented.

Participants taking this offering will receive an extensive course to assist participants with preparation for the CHMM  national examination as well as help perform their job duties and responsibilities.

Who Should Attend:

  • Experienced individuals such as technicians, engineers, scientists, facility supervisors and managers, and or regulators, who have assigned duties or responsibilities, related to management of hazardous materials and environmental, health and safety (EHS) issues.
  • New individuals to the EHS&S area who need a broad overview of the field.
  • Candidates for the CHMM or CHMP exam

While targeted for experienced professionals and technicians, there are no prerequisites to take this training course. However, there are prerequisites for qualifying to take the subsequent IHMM examination.

Attendance will be documented and updated in user profiles for use as continuing education. This is a free service of the AHMP Cyber Chapter.
